The interactive mirror

For the open-air museum Skansen in Stockholm Cordura has developed "The interactive mirror".

The interactive mirror is an unique opportunity for the museum visitors to interact with the museum objects without physically touching them.

At Skansen the visitors can try on clothes from the old days on their own body.
By stepping in front of the interactive screen (mirror) the guest will be digitally dressed in the clothing.

The visitors can change clothes using a simple 'swipe' gesture with either right or left hand, and a new suit appears and covers the body - just like a cut-out doll.

The solution has spread joy to both adults and the younger visitors at the museum.

The solution for Skansen is Corduras first international interactive installation.
